Light Weight Insulation Firebrick Introduction:
Insulating firebricks are classified under temperature between 1300ºC and 1700ºC, manufactured from high purity alumina clay by mixing, press-forming, drying, sintering and machining. Bricks contain carefully-graded organic fillers which are burned out during sintering to give a uniform controllable pore structure. This technique makes product feature low thermal conductivity and excellent heat insulation
Light Weight Insulation Firebrick Features:
1. Good integrity with furnace lining, long service life, easy operation, could be shaped freely
2. Can be used in various kilns because of its cheapness and general tray package.
Light Weight Insulation Firebrick Applications:
Mainly used as thermal insulating layer without the liquid melt touched or gas pickling in the constructing the various industry furnaces.
